Led the repositioning of a 65,000 square foot open air shopping plaza in Greater Boston into a high visibility multicultural retail destination, featuring a diversified tenant roster including national anchors such as Outback Steakhouse, Advance Auto Parts, and SalonCentric, together with respected regional operators including West End Grill, Avana Nail Spa, Euro Grocery, Splash Car Wash Express, The Well, and more.
The strategy combines place based relevance, tenant quality, and community centered leasing to drive both long term asset value and everyday consumer engagement. The issue was not the real estate line. The issue was missing the commercial proof. The tenant roster is part of the value story.
